3-7 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 1–2 years owning data/AI/ML‑driven products or features.
Proven track record of shipping successful products or features that use ML/AI, recommendations, search, ranking, prediction, or automation.
Strong product discovery skills: customer interviews, problem framing, hypothesis-driven experimentation, and analytics‑driven iteration.
Working understanding of core AI/ML concepts: supervised learning vs. generative AI, LLMs, RAG, precision/recall, evaluation datasets, A/B testing.
Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI-powered features (including data, UX, and evaluation requirements).
Experience working in domains like eCommerce, retail, CPG, D2C, or SaaS is a plus.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills-able to explain AI trade-offs to executives, engineers, and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working in agile teams with designers, engineers, and data/ML specialists.
