Senior AI Product Experience Designer
Mindstix is looking for a Senior AI Product Experience Designer who can translate complex AI capabilities into experiences that feel intuitive, trustworthy, and delightful. You will design chat and copilot interfaces, intelligent workflows, and AI‑first journeys across web and mobile for global retail, CPG, and SaaS brands. This role sits at the sweet spot of UX, interaction design, and AI-perfect for designers who are excited to shape how people collaborate with intelligent systems.

Qualifications and Skills

3+ years of experience in Product/UX design with a strong portfolio of shipped digital products; at least some work involving automation, recommendations, or data‑driven experiences.
Strong skills across the end‑to‑end design process: research, problem framing, flows, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and usability testing.
Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows or enterprise tools (not just marketing sites).
Comfort designing for chat, messaging, or assistant‑style interactions is a strong plus.
Ability to express and defend design rationale clearly to customers, PMs, and engineers.
Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations at a conceptual level (LLMs, hallucinations, RAG, bias, evaluation) or a strong desire to learn quickly.
Experience working across domains such as eCommerce, retail, CPG, EdTech, or SaaS is a plus.
