B.Des / M. Des / equivalent course in Design
Must have 3+ years of experience with a robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end design skills
Leadership — Have experience leading a team of 2 or more designers
Thought Process — The ability to zoom in & zoom out based on the context
Craftsmanship — Bring interactive ideas to life that demonstrate a high level of visual composition, interactive usability, and creative problem-solving
Presentation, Communication & Storytelling — Present and explain interactive designs to both internal and client-facing teams in a thoughtful manner, sharing your insights & rationale compellingly
Process Innovation — Participate in multidisciplinary teamwork with Product Managers, Visual Designers and Technologists to bring phenomenal experiences to life
User Testing & Documenting — Partner with the product team to test concepts, assess product-market fit and share prototype experiences
Systems Thinking — Can think at all layers, from product (system) design, to interaction, to beautiful pixels
